About Me

Kareemat Adebisi is a self‑proclaimed “recovering corporate soldier” turned author, entrepreneur, and cheerleader for the overlooked.

She started her career in insurance and customer service, then taught herself to code – because, why not? Today, she writes books about building wealth and fixing workplace culture, and she’s even launched a few board games to make the lessons stick.

Her Mug Philosophy framework has helped thousands of people realise that success isn’t about titles – it’s about mindset. She lives in Ireland, where she’s probably in a coffee shop working on her next project.

When she’s not writing, she’s building digital platforms, speaking at events, or reminding people that the janitor often gets rich before the doctor.
